ISD #465's School Aged Child Care
Dragons Kids Club is ISD #465 Community Education & Recreation's school age before and after school childcare program for children entering grades K-4 (use 2025-2026 school year grade). During the school year, DKC is located at Lake Ripley Elementary.
Hours: 6:30am-6:00pm
Summer Information
*Summer registration opens on May 1st.
We offer childcare for Kindergarten through 5th grade students (use 2026-2027 school year grade), Monday-Friday, from 6:30am-6:00pm during the summer months.
We are located at the Wagner Education Building and children are walked to any of their summer Community Education activities on the LMS/LHS Campus.
We take several walking and bus field trips during the summer. Past field trips have been to the Splash Pad, A Maze'n Farmyard, Ecumen, LHS Pool, and Little Red Schoolhouse.
During the summer, we participate in the Summer Food Program when available, allowing children to receive free lunch while the program is running. Families will have to provide their own lunches when the Summer Food Program is not running. DKC provides an afternoon snack each day. Breakfast is not provided.
