Litchfield High School serves 525 students in grades 9 - 12 and also serves students in an Alternative Learning program. We also have an array of Early Childhood programs as well a number of Community Education activities. Our hallmarks of pride include iPads for every student in grades kindergarten through grade 5 and 1:1 Macbook Air laptops for each student in grades 6 - 12. We also provide a technology rich curriculum in all buildings including Makerspace activities at Ripley Elementary, a STEM lab at our Middle School and a Robotics program at the High School. We are very proud of our low class sizes and diverse athletic and activity offerings for our students. We believe that academically challenged and active students are better prepared for a lifetime of learning. Litchfield enjoys modern school buildings with caring learning environments where safety and security are our top priority. At Litchfield Public Schools, we emphasize success for each unique individual. We have comprehensive special education programs, Title I program and a Gifted and Talented program.
