The Health Offices in Litchfield Public Schools are staffed by a Licensed School Nurse and two Certified Medical Assistants. Our team works together to meet the health and wellness needs of students and staff through health promotion, illness and disease prevention, and illness and disease management.

Students who become ill during the school day must report to the nurse's office to be assessed and evaluated. Students must not leave the building due to illness without the proper authorization.

The school health office does not stock any over-the-counter medications for students to use.

If  your child needs to take an over-the-counter medication at school, please contact the school health office for appropriate paperwork. All over- the- counter medication must be in the original container.

If your child needs to take prescription medications at school, please contact the school health office for appropriate paperwork. Prescription medication must be delivered to school by a parent or trusted adult, and it must be in the original container labeled with the student's name, name of the medication, dosage, special instructions for administration, physician, and pharmacy.

I can be reached daily by dialing any building phone number and then extension 3130.  My daily schedule fluctuates between the different school buildings. Please feel free to leave me a message or email me and I will get back with you as soon as possible.
